The Mango belongs to the Anacardiaceae family, it is native to India and grown in all tropical areas.

Mangoes are rich in fiber and water, have diuretic and laxative properties, are low in calories, and are high in antioxidants such as lupeol, which benefits the colon and the pancreas. They also contain polyphenols and carotenoids, the most abundant of which is beta-carotene, responsible for tanning. They also contain minerals such as iron, potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
