1.             Industrial property rights

1.1 The trademarks affixed to the Products as well as the trade names and, more generally, the industrial and intellectual property rights associated with the Products are the exclusive property of Suqqo. There is a strict prohibition on the Buyer reproducing, copying, using, transmitting or transferring them to third parties.

2.             Applicable law and competent court

2.1 These General Conditions and Contracts are governed by Italian law.

2.2 All disputes arising from or even just connected with these General Conditions, as well as with the Contracts, shall be devolved to the exclusive competence of the Turin Forum.
